At Richardson Trading Post, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items in our collection.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
